From April 27 to May 1, 2016, the town of liliw, Laguna will be cebrating the 2016 Liliw Tsinelas Festival.
The varied activities planned include a trade fair, a carshow, two nights of street parties, and the Mutya ng Liliw Pageant.
The trade show, the centerpiece of the festival, will showcase Liliw's signature industry, the Liliw Tsinelas.
Booths, stalls, and stores from dozens of manufacturers and artisan will have a dazzling array of shoes, sandals, slippers, bags, and other handicrafts to offer visitors.
Aside from this, there will be a carshow on April 30, and two nights worth of street parties on April 29 and 30.
The festival will close with the Mutya ng Liliw beauty pageant on May 1.
